1. The pink ribbon symbolizes Goodman Brown's wife.
2. One after another, the author keeps referring to Mr. Brown as "goodman" which is an easy way of saying he is a good man.
3.Where the people sad when he died?

Reflections on Week 1
To be honest, the only factors that i can think of are positive factors. I have an iPhone, so i can definately use that to help me with homework and the project infinity game. I have many friends in your classes, so we can get together and discuss homework, inclass topics, etc. I have a car, so transportation is not a problem, and i have my own laptop so thats easy.
I think the best learning experience i have had was Freshamn year in Mrs. Coat's English 1 class. She was such an awesome teacher, with an amazing learning environment. She was super loud, and was the chillest teacher. I looked forward to going to her class, not only because it was my last class of the day, but because she made learning fun. She was very helpful when it came to work that i had missed from my cheer competitons and from my sick days. I could go to her for anything, school related or not.
I am extremely excited about the Project Infinity game. Not only is it a great idea for us to compete against each other, but also its a way to challenge each other to do good inschool, without it being at school. I also am very excited to do more work with the blogs, and see everyone's blog as it grows and changes. It is like our own twitter accounts for school work. It makes learning and school work sort of fun.

The first week of your class, i realized that i was going to love being in there for a whole year. Your teaching style compliments the way i learn, and the type of student i am. Your didactic personally, and the obvious non-ascetic lifestyle you portray, really does reflect on your students. I love the whole "blog" idea, and the fact that these blogs adumbrate our personalities as students, is such a great way of learning. I love the fact that you are not a curmudgeonous person, and as a student we can be upfront with you with our problems. Whenever i walk into your classroom, i know i will be beguiling the 50 minutes i have with you, in a fun learning environment. I can assure you, i will most definately not be one of those contumacious, disruptive students. I hope to be a burgeonous student, and you can visually see my growth in your class. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be in your class, and learn from the greatest. I dont know how to use the words apotheosis or bauble in a sentence. My vocabulary is not advanced enough to put them in a sentence correctly. Im sure i didnt put these words in the sentences correctly either, but i have no idea how to use those two words at all.
