I Am Here

This class is honestly the highlight of my day. I feel as if this class is where i try the hardest and i can be heard. My smart goal i havent been keeping up on it, like i think i should be. It is so hard doing extra when i can barely get by on the homework assigned. I dont remember what the senior project is, is that the "Sphynx Says Write," thing? i asked a girl but i didnt give her a prompt, i forgot that step, so it was kind of like a fail. But other than that i honestly think i have done so good in this class. i try so hard to get all the assignments done and in on time. i really am proud of myself to say that i read the 451 book completely. I NEVER READ, EVER, and to say that i did is a real accomplishment for me.

Essay Post Game Analysis

I think i rocked the essay on Wednesday. I thought i answered the questions properly and thoroughly, because i read the book and because i understood the prompt. Do i think i could have done something better? yeah probably. you can always improve. Maybe it could have been a little more professional. But other than that i thought i did quite well on  it. i would give myself an A honestly. but i know i will get a B because i always do

Parlor Poetry

Montag chose that poem to have a deep meaning. He wants to prove to these women, that they do have feelings, and they do care but the society they live in is making them hide their emotions. The world they live in is corrupting them to think all the same, to almost be like robots and do what is told and nothing more. The poem i chose was the Two Roads poem by Frost. I am honestly in love with that poem, 1, and 2 because its similar to Montag's situation. In a way it has almost the same meaning in it as Montag and Faber and the women in the Burning House did. Being different is not a bad thing, and taking a different path as other people many not look okay, but it truely is. I dont know how to link that poem to my blog though, but i know almost everyone knows what poem i am talking about.

Personal Post 1

Okay, so I think I'm going to be posting on here a lot more now. Not just academic-school related posts, but actually post that I feel like I want to share with the world. Like I said, I will be posting fun medical facts on here, that will help me with my medical knowledge for college. I know not a lot of people follow this blog, or me in general, but if you do can, you please comment so I know I'm getting views. Or leave some sort of feedback that can help me in the future. Thanks!

-Mrs. Phelps doesnt have kids, doesnt want them, thinks theyre devilish
-Montag cracks. He cant stand the women's discussions, and goes on a screaming tangent and brings up the war by mistake
-Montag is caught in a pickle, he pretty much bles his cover with the ladies and doesnt know what to do.
-Mildred saves Montag and makes up some excuse for why hes acting this way
-She tells the ladies firemen bring a book home once a year to reminess on how dumb people were back then.
-Montag reads a little poetry from the book, and the women start to cry
-They dont know why theyre crying, they cant explain it.
-Mrs. Phelps gets pissed.
-She goes on to say she knew they would cry. Poetry brings people to do bad things, like suicide
-Montag yells at Mrs. Phelps.
-Hes annoyed of her and kicks her out of his house
-Montag returned to fire station and gave Beatty the book. Beatty threw the book in the trash and sked if Montag wanted to play poker
